It is a residence permit for foreign women who are pregnant and are already in Italy. The law (art. 19 of the Immigration Consolidated Act) prohibits the expulsion of pregnant women from the third month of pregnancy until six months after delivery. For this period, you can obtain a residence permit for medical treatment.
It is requested with the postal KIT. Fill out the form and send it from an authorized post office. You will receive an appointment at the Police Headquarters (Questura).
